CJ website won't show after logging in
Is anyone else having this problem?

The site seems to accept my login details but won't display the affiliate hone page.

I've tried this on my usual browser, Chrome and with Internet Explorer and I get the same problem.

    Wierd

Hmmm, still having problem with Firefox and Chrome browsers. Blank pages all day.

However, there is no problem with Microsoft Edge browser.

I've contacted CJ support and will see what they say...

mayfly, it works on and off with me now.

If I leave it and open another tab, sometimes I go back and it's loaded, sometimes not.

    Something isn't right.

Yes, I am having this problem, intermittently. I am using the Google Chrome web browser on a fully updated Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) laptop.

    Hello,

we are one of the CJ Offices in Europe. We have information that there are some problems with transatlantic connection between the servers.

Be sure, that CJ technical department is working really hard to solve it.

We will keep you updated. Sorry for the hassle.

    Kind regards

Haven't heard anything from CJ support yet. I hope they fix the issue soon. It is painful to access CJ's interface at this point. Switching between different browsers, sometimes work, sometimes don't. Hard to get work done.

    Update:

CJ support replied to my ticket saying that this is a known browser issue and their team is working on it.

I really hope they resolve the issue soon.

    Hello,

an update has been deployed on the cj members platform last night and CJ tech guys are confident that it will solve the issue.
However, you might have an intranet access issue or a denied access message this morning due to this update; if it’s the case, you will need to clean your browsers cache and cookie to be able to access the intranet again.

    Hope it helps
