I still can't find this new "Action Referral Occurrences" or whatever the "keep=" is called. I've tried the merchant details page, the reports page...

    What am I missing?

(I know, I know- its "in my blind spot- right in front of my face", but can someone help? Thanks.)

It's waaaayyyy at the bottom of merchants detail page.

On my screen I have to move the window to the left to reveal the scroll bar (or whatever you call it) that allows you to scroll all the way to the bottom of the detail page.

    hope this helps.

Yes, what is it with version 6.0 that the web designers could not get all these pages to fit on the screen right. Too much scrolling up/down, left/right. CH's programers must all have 21 inch monitors or something.

Are we on the same detail page? I can see EPC, network earnings, mail settings- but I scrolled all the way to the bottom, and all that's there is a copyright notice

    Hi SirenSong,

I hope this will help you.

go to your advertiser or merchant list and click on one of your merchant and a popup window will show up and at the bottom of it you will see the "Action Referral Occurrences".

Not sure if that is what you are looking for?

    good luck!

Yup, with you so far- this is the first thing I did when I logged onto the site

    I'm on a page.

The title bar says "Advertiser Detail".
On the left side are contact, email, url, joined network, category, description, a 'contact advertiser' link, a 'relationship history link', and whether they batch.

On the right are 'get links'(general/products), mail settings, and network performance(earnings, 3mo EPC, 7 day EPC).

At the bottom of white area is a close button, at the bottom of the page is a copyright. No "Action Referal Occurances" or Action-anything.

Do the merchants have a second details page, or was I absent the day they handed out the "Action" info

Sorry if I seem really dense here...

    Thanks,

Unfortunately, it was the individual, merchant pop-up page I was describing, not the table-page that I got to it from (left and right refered to the two coloumns on the page). Clicking on the merchant just opens their website.

Um, I must have droped my action info carrying the 6.0 home. Can I get another?

I'll look for it tomorrow. Maybe it's just on the floor under my desk somewhere, and I'll be able to find it in the sunlight.

But thanks for the help, anyway

    Siren,

You were on the correct page. On the left side where it says Batch Process Transactions, you should se a link to "Top". Under that link, but before the close button should be a Table for Program Term. It's inside the Program Term table. You'll see Action, Action Criteria, Action Referral Period, Action Referral Occurences and Commission. You'll have to scroll down to see the Program Terms. grrr. Was nice to be able to see that info before without having to scroll.

If you don't have the Program Term table right above the close button, then you probably need to submit to Ask A Question...sounds like something isn't right for you.

There must be something wrong with my account, then.

I see the top link and the close button, but there is most definitely no table between them (even tried selecting the empty space just to see if it was coming out white text on a white background for some reason.)

Submitted and Ask a Question last night, still waiting to hear.

    But thanks, everyone who answered

    Doh,

I am an idiot. The firewall I installed last week aparently defaults to ad blocking. Since it thinks of CJ as an advertizer...

Turned off ad-blocking, and there the table is.

Which indicates how much revenue we are losing out due to qksrv.net being used for both ad serving and click-throughs!

Could you please do a test for us?

Turn your firewall's adblocking back on (it's default) then go to http://www.vu and click on the "Click here for awesome web hosting solution from just $14.99/month! " - that's a CJ text link.

Did you get sent through to the CJ Merchant OK?

In addition to our company's network firewall (for which I have no details), I have Pop-Up Stopper installed. The firewall usually kills a lot of unwanted stuff and the Pop-Up Stopper has blocked a number of things, too, but not the CJ links.

Thanks. It appears that that pop-up blocker isn't looking for qksrv.net then. Phew.

    Hi,

    It was Symantic Norton Firewall.
It does indeed block CJ links BY DEFAULT

I just had a friend with Personal Firewall 2003 test it with CJ links and he said they work fine. For him it just blocks images.

Hmmmm. Anyone else care to try?
