I know you (CJ) are aware of this problem (the one where if I walk away from my computer for a few minutes, I have to log in again to CJ), but can you get around to fixing it soon pretty please. It is really, really, driving me nuts!

Also, what's the deal with my advertiser list expiring after I go and get links for one advertiser. If I come back to my advertiser list page to select another advertiser, I have to reload the page again, or take a step backward to get it to show again. What exactly is the point behind this?

I'm glad I'm not the only one annoyed at this. PLEASE fix it. I think logging some out after just a few minutes of inactivity is a little soon. How about 3-4 hours instead?

    Thanks
    Steve

All replies from CJ are welcome!!!

Ditto ... it's extremely annoying and must be eating up gobs of CJ's bandwidth having to re-log in often and wade though a couple pages before getting back to where you were.

How about a 12 hour timeout? Or an opt-out for the timeout? Or both?

It is a real annoyance and worse, after scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page to change from 25 to 200 per page, then making a link the previous page is expired and you do it all again - makes me want to seek out independent programs with renewed fervor.

It really is hugely annoying and time-consuming taking into consideration how many times the system has logged me out since the 6.0 came in.

Please CJ, treat us with some kind of intellignce - if we want to log off we'll do so. And if you do have to have a time limit, make it a very long one. Some of us actually think about what we're putting on our sites, and whilst we're thinking and planning etc, whoof, we're darned timed out again...and again..and again...and...Aaaargh!

I'll have a fix by mid May if they don't.

Ditto, this is very annoying. It used to be that you *NEVER* got logged out of CJ, that, was a bit much, but, come on... now its under an hour.

Maybe it'll be a new, affiliate-friendly ad network that actually listens to its customers and responds to their needs, instead of telling them what's best for them, and ignoring issues!

MERCHANTS! Ask yourselves: "What's in my affiliate program that makes it worthwhile to publishers?" Hint: if you have one day cookies, or if the cookie is deleted after the first sale, or if you reverse legitimate transactions, you have nothing to offer.
