I have no idea if I need to fill out any form or anything tax-related for CJ.

I live in Europe so I didn't have to give CJ my SS number or anything else when I signed up. I heard somewhere that they would need some form before sending any check over $500, but I can't recall where or if that is the exact amount.

I didn't expect to be anywhere close to $500 so soon, but now that I passed it, I'm afraid they might hold my check.

    Help please
    Javi

I think they need W-8 form for international affiliates for yearly earnings over $600. Open a ticket/call under "Ask a question".

Affiliates from outside the US have no responsibility to fill out any forms or submit any type of documentation to anyone but their own countries tax office. It doesn't matter how much money is involved. CJ will certainly not hold on to your money.

It's up to you to keep track of your earnings and claim them in a manner that is acceptable to your local authorities.
