I have a sale from today which says "accepted" but the amount and commision is in red numbers.

I also have another sale from a few days ago which says "locked", but this one is showing in red too. I thought those red numbers were for reversals, so why does it says "accepted" and "Locked"

    What does it mean?

    Thanks Apollo, I wish!

But one of those transactions says "Reason: Invalid credit card" The other says "Merchandise returned", so it looks like they are actually reversals

So, why, oh why they show as "accepted" and "locked"? That discrepancy is really making me mad

I'm under the impression that the reversal is "accepted" and "locked", meaning that it isn't going away, and was taken from your latest check.

If you match the transaction ID with an earlier transaction, you will see the original transaction which probably also reads "locked" now.

When there is a reversal, it is a brand new transaction, so the status refers to the reversal, not the original.
