Haiko I'm confused... what's Australian about Darkblue? I just went and looked at their merchants and didn't recognise a single one as an Australian company?!

Darkblue is an Australian company. Doesn't mean all their merchants are though.

    Here's a few others ::
    http://www.checkmystats.com.au
    http://www.commissionmonster.com
    http://www.clixgalore.com.au/

I can't vouch for any of them, because I've not used any of them.

    G'Day Bruces.

Been practicing that, one of my staff went to school in Orstralia, I think she means Australia but I can't be sure.... anyway less abuse from the Pommy and on with business

There's a good question, what is the best network for an Ozzie Merchant wanting to hit the Oz market? If they are going for the US then any US network would be fine.

Any thoughts anyone, not that I'm spilling any beans here though...or hints...or clues to upcomming local ventures...or anthing remotely like that... cough

    Cheers

    Hi Chris

When CyberAffialtes slammed up shop here back in Feb this year the first to pick up the gauntlet was CommissionMonster.

They have since grown to become the Oz network with the largest list of Oz Merchants and are very agressive marketers. They don't hold back on emails to affiliates with breaking news and push where ever they can for 365 day cookies.

    Consolidated payouts too.

    Cheers

I too can vouch for Commission Monster.

Having joined their network as a merchant only 3 months ago I'm getting great support from them and their affiliates.

Clixgalore have a pretty broad cross-section of Australian merchants.

Here are a couple of stand-alone programs that have been very successful for me.

    your Tri Nature distributor

    and

    Financial Services Online

As mentioned above, ClixGalore.com is a good one. It mainly offers Austrailian, UK,and USA products/services in which, publishers can promote on their site.

It is also good becuase they offer you many ways of earning. You can earn by promoting merchants products that pay per sale, pay per lead, pay per click, etc.

Clixgalore may not be Australian based, but they do list a fare amount of Australian products/services that you can use to earn money from.

    Thanks Oscar and Andrew,

Just went and logged into my account at comission monster and found the data feeds. I haven't been there for quite some time.

How do find the Australian Merchants convert for you?

    It's a pleasure Tamborinegal.

I've experienced far lower conversions with Aussie merchants than international ones - but I suspect it's more a case of Aussie consumers being less inclined to buy online than anything.

I've been getting far better value from local lead programs - here's an excerpt from a communication I received from Peter Brighton (CEO, Commission Monster) today.

quote:
Great conversions!! Financial Services Online offers the ONLY life insurance affiliate program in Australia. Affiliates are enjoying an impressive 20% conversion rate from clicks to leads on this program. At $10 for each genuine lead generated, this is an exciting opportunity for all Affiliates. If you are not running this program I suggest you have a look.

I personally have been gettting closer to 30% with this one.

Well 30% is a great conversion rate. Congratulations Andrew.

Do you have a com.au domain name and are your websites hosted in Australia or the US?

Hey I just noticed we're are almost neighbours. I'm on Tamborine Mountain (Gold Coast Hinterland)

Tambourine Mountain was the better place to be last night TG ... those on the coast didn't fare too well with the flash floods.

I'm just over the border in Border River country.

Nice to see you in here

While I'm still logged in I thought I would drop a link to the Australian Affiliates Forums where you will find a good deal of info on the Oz scene.

I'm just North of the border at Palm Beach - we fared pretty well ...but we digress neighbours!

I do have .com.au sites hosted both here in and US. I also have a .com site hosted here.

However the 30% conversions I've been getting on the financialservicesonline.com.au leads program is on Google.

yes we did fare better although one of the roads off the mountain was cut off, but I wasn't worried as long as I have my computer and internet connection, I'm happy to be stranded up here for days (even weeks).

I've tried applying to Commission Monster twice and have heard zilch. As for ClixGalore.. well, I've heard that they're pretty poor at paying up.

So I'm such with DGM Australia which is a bit limited.

I'd really like to join up with Commission Monster - anyone got any contacts?
