Does anyone know how Performics tracking works. It seems to be in real time but I'm not sure. Just curious. Thanks! <IMG src=http://www.abestweb.com/ubb/icons/icon7.gif>

I recently ordered something from Eddie Bauer through my own link. I completed my order then logged straight into Performics. The transaction was already listed by the time I got to the reports page. That's fast enough for me!

I hafta agree -- real time. I've never purchased anything via my links, but I have one merchant that is currently selling well (several sales a day) and the sales show up at all times of the day.

Thanks Elisabth and Cedric. I kind of thought it was real time because I see sales come in at all time of the day too.

I have to diasgree a bit because I just had a merchant update their 14th Feb sales on the 18th Feb. So I think it really depends on the individual merchant, although the majority seems to be real-time, a bit like CJ (both batch and real-time capabilities are available), I suppose.

BTW, does anyone have any idea how to look up payment info, e.g. how much has already been paid, what is still outstanding, what merchants have paid, and for what period?

I don't think such info's available, maybe a deliberate exclusion, ahem.

TainTian, Performics does not offer an online report to help track which merchants have paid you, who is outstanding, etc. You have to keep track of your commissions yourself, merchant by merchant. Then, when you receive your check from Performics, it will have a miniature statement attached showing which merchants are paying you, how much each is paying you, and for which months.

I keep track of each merchant on an Excel spreadsheet, so I can tell who has paid and who has not.

Yeah Tom, it's like the payments to affiliates are an oversight at Performics...

Still, the most important thing is that we do get paid, huh? Unlike Be "Awaiting Funds" Free...
