    And i thought they were run by robots. Yesterday i sent an email asking about when they send out payments and just received an email today, not one of those copy and paste ones but a real live person addressing mine specifically. So big thumbs up for them.

    Actually, they've answered TWO emails. I sent one and actually received an answer 48 hours later. Of course I had to call and leave a message on their voicemail in the meantime, but they DID answer.

    They actually returned a phone call of mine, once...

    Couldn't really answer my question and promised to follow-up in email... that was... months ago, I think...

    ... haven't heard nary a peep since then...

    I think Performics is starting to get pro-active,
    suddenly receiving emails from them about up-coming sales, info on merchants.
    Nice, hope it continues to grow.

    What would really be nice is if they would send somebody to moderate this forum and address our issues here. Would probably save them a lot of time in the long run. Answer a question once, and we all could get the info.
