I"m new to Performics. Trying to read my reports and I notice that there is a column for 'transactions' and a column for 'actions'. I have had 2 actions each w/ $0.10 commission. Is this a simple click thru?

Looking at the profile for my merchant, they pay 5% for a transaction and the $0.10 for every action.

What the heck is an action? Or am I just looking past the obvious .

Action: probably someone signed up for a catalog from the merchant.

An "action" is the consumer signing up for the merchant's catalog. Depending on who you are promoting, you might see hundreds of those "actions" every day. Most of Performics merchants pay a dime, but a few pay .25.
The only "bad" thing about these "actions" is that the consumer's e-mail address usually shows in the report...I doubt that they would care to know that their e-mail address is floating around.

Oh, and here I was blaming Gevalia for those email addresses appearing on the actions. Well, I was wrong, but I can still blame them that they pay $0.00 for a sign up on their continuity program. But the action tracks!
