Is anyone having a slow time at Performics? i have not had a "blank" for some time but yesterday was one and no sales so far today either. Very ODD.

The conversion rates for a few merchants seemed very low earlier this month, but sales thru performics have picked up nicely this week. Could it be merchant-specific (I had a few bad ones, but dropped them).

My merchants have been converting very well until yesterday. Last recorded sale was 20th. Very unusual. If today is a blank as well, iut is the first time that has happened in months.

Yo - Perfect the last time I was having problems, you came back and said your sales were great.

Well it's payback time dude. I'm getting your customers now .

While I had my share of problems there for a while. Things have returned to normal and then some but my traffic has increased a bunch as well.

Yesterday and today are going along just fine.

A couple of other things I have noticed about my login. Firstly my graph showing top merchant sales no longer does. Seems they have replaced it with a largely blank graph with random selection of merchants - many with zero sales. This month was the first month i had filled up the graph with converting merchants too

Also if I try to run a report by date (default second selection showing previous day until today) it does not work. If I run a report for the full month it is OK (except no sales for the last couple of days). All a bit strange when I have been averaginf 5-6 sales per day over 3 main merchants.

Wooohay. 2 sales in the last 10 seconds. I guess things are almost back to normal (even though a little slow )

I'm seeing basically the same as you were.. graph is weird. ( i assumed that was due to a few merchants having such high sales compared to the others that the small ones were no longer visible) ... but most importantly sales seemd to drop off the last day or so .. hmm.

Joseph - nothing to do with the small sellers becoming invisible - My top seller went from far left position to middle of my graph. Either side were zero sales merchants. Something was definetly not right.

I am trying not to look at the graph. Thinking hurts too much this time of year. Sales are fine

Hmm seems wierd 24 hours after I posted performic links on my site I was getting clicks based on the performic reports. but the last 48 hours have been cold :0( No clicks but tons of impressions? is anyone seeing a lag in stats at performics? such as clicks?

I don't know about clicks, but sales stopped cold for about 24 hours and resumed yesterday evening for me.

My graph is all messed up, too. Good thing we can check our reports through another source - or I would have gone nuts! BTW, I already wrote to Performics and they are (supposedly) working on the graph problem.
