I have an advertiser who pay me for action. I didn't get any money from it. Anybody can help me ? What does the action mean on definite advertiser ? When I join I saw only cost per action is $XX . That's all.

most likely the action is a click thru...
this means every time you send a visitor you get paid...

or every time someone fills out a form you get paid...

YOu really did not give enough information to know what kind of action is required to get paid...

An Action is usually a catalog request, registration, or signup of some kind.

If you look into the transaction detail information, if it includes a customer's email address, then it was a catalog order. I'm not sur that AOL ISP has catalogs, however. the "action" might have been an aplication, but there might be stipulations on when you get paid. Many times, the customer gets a free trial, but you only get paid if that users then signs up after the 45 days. It could be a while before that "action" turns into a sale. Then even longer before you see the money
