Just found that all of my Diners Club links are going to an "Invalid Offer" page that in no way can make a sale.

Time to shoot an email or 2 off

once in a while the notifications don't get to everyone; this could have been the case. a lot of us test their Performics links on a regular basis.

The links redirected to the a Diners Club site, but said that the offers was invalid.

Sure enough, I received a reply from performics today stating that the program was shut down.

Is sure would be nice if they would at least reclassify the merchants once they shut down.

no much less often than that. I get the first clue, assuming I didn't get notification, when the merchant's name disappears from my report list. Of course, I have to keep a checklist on the side to tell who should be in there.

I really wish someone from Performics could be given the authority to respond here. Apparently we are considered to be a very small part of what makes their income. But we also could help their bottom line with the right encouragement.

What's up with Performics anyway? They drive me FREEEKING NUTS! I normally search the entire Internet for a similar affiliate program before resorting to using Performics links.

Why do they leave merchants in my "List of Clients" once the merchant has become inactive?

I too did not realize Diner's Club was inactive. In logging in to Performics, not only is Diner's Club still in my active client's list, but active links for them are listed as well.

I have e-mailed Performics repeatedly about these kinds of issues. Whatever they're paying their programmers it's too much considering their sucky interface.

Here's an idea Performics Do you suppose you could put "INACTIVE" after a merchant's name when they leave? DUH!?!
