Performics is awful in paying on time. We've been pestering them as well (including a pending payment(s) from Blockbuster as well) -- they're response is that they give publishers 60 days to pay - then they take another 30 days on TOP of that to mail the check out.
We replied to them that this really put them at a competitive disadvantage - hexx, that's even slower than LINKSHARE's policies (requires merchants to pay within 30 days of end of a month) if you can imagine such a thing.
We're now on the 5th of November -- we're still awaiting our August Blockbuster check. Frightening service from Blockbuster, and even more fuel to the fire - Performics just doesn't get it - until they do, they'll remain a distant 2nd tier ASP.
