What percentage do you get on books using your script for products, is it 5% or 15%.

You would get 5% or 15% commission on Amazon.com books depending upon the book.

The Associate Engine script uses standard Amazon.com AWS associate links. If you selected Amazon.com's "Classic Fee Structure" then according to Amazon.com's Operating Agreement, Amazon.com pays 15% commission on books that are between 10% to 30% off; otherwise, Amazon.com pays 5% on books. See Amazon.com's Operating Agreement for full details.

Using a script will not change Amazon.com's fee structure. Among other benefits, a script makes it possible to show more products, including more books that qualify for the elusive 15% commission.
