OK...the first part I understand as I am waiting for the key file. I wanted to see if I could get the script to run on the server though and I'm getting that final error message and then nothing. I get the same thing when running on my local machine too.

    Great minds do think alike....

I personally dont mind being an affiliate of Davids... because he is doing all the hard work for me..

I personally have had good success in the past with his scripts...

however.... we do seem to have a problem

I TOO AM GETTING the same error message...

I do find it interesting that the folks who are serious about making money on the net.. are the ones posting this problem...

It shows who is serious and who is just talking about getting serious... we all would have had our Betty sites up last night had it not been for this problem...

the thing that encourages me is there are less then 400 affiliates... so this really is a untapped niche market as Andy had been saying all along...

HINT,HINT... Dave how about a BFP script next....

And, that's the bottom line because it's my2cents!

Same here...except for that one PhotoRazzi.pl issue...but that wasn't really David's fault. The script worked flawlessly. It was the merchant that turned out to be flawed.

Domain registered, hosting set-up, files uploaded, and then 'dohhhhhh!'. C'est la vie!

I'm sure David will have the resolution shortly though.

I've just looked at the program.... it only pays 5% - not sure that's worth the effort these days. Allposters I can understand, 25% is great... but 5% takes too long to add up!

    Andy...I'm in...

have domain, template, hosting and script is loaded ready to be run... just waiting for the updated script and a key...

only twenty making any real money... seems like a niche... that needs me...

SamyT... consider this 5% is better then no cents.. seeing how David did and will be doing most of the work... not to mention that are only a few who are doing anything with the program...

And, that's the bottom line because it's my2cents!

    That's a minor bug in bettym.pl v4.02.01

The work-around is to download the generic version of the datafeed and use it for now. To download the generic version, login to BettyMills.com and click on the "Clicking here" link in the "Zipped Version:..." paragraph. This bug will be fixed in the next version so that you can use either the generic or the user-specific datafeed files.

FYI, I hope to have all the current bettym.key requests processed shortly. Thank you for your patience. In the mean time, feel free to play with the demo version. Note: While playing with the demo, set the "test" configuration variable to a low number (e.g.: 500, or 1000) since you will have to re-run bettym.pl when you receive your key.

Even at 5% this program has two things going for it before a single link is up...David Cusimano and Andy Rodriguez.

    'Nuff said!

As many of you have noticed, we now have a Cusimano/BettyMills script.

    A few notes:

    1) You don't need to open a new BettyMills account.

    2) I just need an email notification you are using the script and I will move you under David.

I want to thank David for developing this tool for us and I think this is a great opportunity for many of you to really focus on BettyMills and start cranking out some sales.

I wasn't being mean, I LIKE being David's subaffiliate!!! His scripts are what turned me on to datafeeds in the first place, making money without even trying...

And I'll take 5% of the average tickets on BettyMills... And sign up my own subaffiliates and make money off *their* work too!!! Although they will jump ship and sign up under David to get the script I bet

    Andy or David,

What is the main difference between the Zipped and Unzipped versions? Is it just a matter of plugging in our affiliate code? If this is the case the Zipped version might be a better alternative for me anyways as even with Broadband I had a helluva time downloading the 24MB Unzipped feed.

Suprisingly not always. I've gotten several subs in AllPosters that are productive. I like David's scripts but some affiliates either don't want or don't need these type of tools as all they want to do is toss up a couple of posters to compliment their Buffy site {fortunate for me }.

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>Login to BettyMills.com at http://affiliates.bettymills.com then look for the paragraph "NEW - BettyMills Forum. Enter Here." The paragraph just above that one says "Zipped Version: Due to the datafeed size, some affiliates have had problems downloading. If you do, download our generic zipped version by Clicking here". That's what you want to click on.

    Hey Victor, Andy and David

How about automating this script... (after David fixes the bug)

I dont see any reason why we need to download then upload the datafeed... why not just let the script grab the feed from the BettyMills server or better yet, why not grab it from cditty's datafeed site??

I can hardly wait to see what i can do with this program...now that I have this script

Andy... do we still get the commission bump using this script???

    JOe

And, that's the bottom line because it's my2cents!

bettym.pl v4.02.04 is now available. You can use it with either the generic datafeed or the ID-specific datafeed. http://www.c3scripts.com/bettym/release (same password). (if you've never downloaded bettym.pl, see http://www.c3scripts.com/bettym/ for details)

Thanks for the updated script, David. Just waiting on my key now.

BTW, is there any way to differentiate earnings from different sites at BM? I know you can enter them in your profile, but you can you track them seperately?
