    Hi David,

In your instructions on upgrading from a previous version of the allposters script you state that to update I just need to change some files. Does this apply if I've built the html files on my computer and then uploaded them to my server? Should I run the new script from my computer and then upload the new files?

Replace the script files (.pl, .ini, .dat) then run the allposters.pl script file again. Once the .html files have been created (any existing .html files with the same filename will be overwritten), upload the .html files to your server.
