    Before I contact CJ's support, I wanted to find out if we were the only ones not getting their datafeeds like their supposed to.

    The last we received was on 5/17 and when I looked at my "Services" section in my CJ account, it said the last one run was on 5/19 but it failed. The error message given sounds like it ran out of server space while it was running.

    Has anyone received their's this week?

    I did not receive my on last Friday. Opened a call. They created a new feed for the 4th time in 2 months. Hope to get it by tomorrow.

    Download mine today just to check a few things and most of my merchants feeds are missing. First time I'm having a pb.

    I sent in a trouble ticket earlier this morning but haven't heard back from them yet.

    I am waiting for their reply too.
    Seem like my cj ftp account have no file inside.

    Got a response but they didn't tell me a thing I didn't already know.

    lol, they say almost the same thing to me. But they did say I will recieve the datafeed this weekend

    Mine was re-run today sans errors. I never asked tech support, it just happened.

    I still haven't seen hide nor hair of one. And according to my account services page, they haven't even tried since 5/19. So much for me working this weekend.

    The last time they tried with me was on the 21st (it didn't run).

    I've "asked a question"--when they get in to w*rk Monday my ticket will be there waiting!
