CJ is always on time with their payments once the payment status screen displays the checks have been processed. That was on the 19th. Still no check has arrived.

    Mike,

Just received the checks today from CJ. Hey, what do you know, they actually came the same day as SAS's check. Normally SAS beats them by a day Fro some reason the last few months CJ checks have been getting here a couple days faster than normal. WTG - CJ!

Yes, I select direct deposits because I fear paper cuts.

    I don't.

I like to admire the digits first before depositing the check. Makes me feel good for accomplishing something.

Besides, I'm not comfortable with electronic transfers. I find checks easier to track/control.

I prefer checks. I already have so many automatic deposits from sites that require them or from CC processing, it just makes it easier.

No check, no transaction adjusting the funds out of my account, and no sales for 7 days! How long can it take for an approved payment to be processed? You would almost think my account had been closed.

    i got my check today.

now i too want to have int'l direct deposit too because the check amount is big enough to justify the bank charge.

if i can do it, i don't mind pay for the bank transfer charge. Depends on whether cj will do so.

    I love direct deposit.

Because then they can't say they payment was "lost in the mail!"

(A merchant at another network actually told me that my check from them had been "lost in the mail". I changed to direct deposit right away, where ever possible!)

Too bad there's still some networks, for instance LS, that are not "with it" on this and also consolidated payments!

Direct Deposit is the way to go if it's an option for you. As Leader said, they can't tell you it's in the mail, lost in the mail, etc. Plus you aren't wasting time and fuel to go to the bank to deposit it.

I'd love to have direct deposit as an option, especially considering I nearly dropped my CJ cheque in a huge friggen puddle a couple of days ago.

How about your toddler play with the checks at home before you deposit them?
