    Can someone from linkshare explain to me how to request a lost check to be reissued?

    FYI: I've tried the online-chat thing several times without luck: they promised me they'll send the check soon, but only left me waiting some more weeks in the cold. Not to mention that frustrating email system, from which you will never get a reply.

    And yes, the check was processed directly by linkshare.

    Dear LYU,

    Just contact affiliatecheckcutting@linkshare.com and
    gives all your affiliate information and check # (which you can find in the affilaite interface under payment report). The check cutting group will take care of it from there.

    Hi Stephen,

    What if the merchant cuts their own cheques? Is there a similar email addy at LinkShare I can use if I suspect such cheques are lost in the mail? Or is contacting the merchant the only option here?


    A bit off-topic here, but what's with BigYank.com? Do they ever pay? I'm still waiting for my first ever cheque from them after promoting them like for a year, and they are not responding to my emails. FYI, this outstanding amount shows up as payment due in my January Payment Report but no cheque was ever shown issued, only "Contact Merchant Directly".

    I remember they were once deactivated for a period of time a while back, so maybe you can give them a little nudge again. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]

    Just come back from a long trip so this follow-up is a bit delayed. Anyhow, here is what happened on that lost check:

    As suggested by Steve, I sent out an email on 4/5, got a reply from Brian on 4/10 saying the check has been reissued. Got the check on 4/11, and the reissue date was 4/9. Already cashed the check w/o problem.
