I have been a computer nerd now for over five years. I have seen the evolution of e-commerce, and i feel, as a whole, we are moving in the right step. PPC engines such as Searchboss.com and Google's AdWords make internet marketing easy and affordable. Both services have created interfaces that are wonderful to use. So, the true nature of this commentary is to tell the world not to give up on the PPC industry. Even if they have been screwed once or twice by a mediocre "traffic broker," try using one of the two that i listed above, and if any one else has used either of the two different services please respond with colorful commentary.

    Welcome to ABW Bill!

Nice post, I agree totally! Without PPC I would be out at least 2/3 of my traffic.

When you spend your time wisely, making pages and not excuses, things seem to just fall into place don't they?

Nice quote, here's my new one:

    Anthony,

How can you compare your PPC search engine, established 2 months ago, to Google?

    Just asking.

    bill_789,

Hi and Welcome to ABW! <IMG src=http://www.abestweb.com/smilies/welcome.gif>

PPC SE traffic, if done correctly, is fantastic ... have you tried GoClick? John is doing an Open Q&A with us ( http://www.abestweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/...ubb=forum;f=42 )

    Continued Success,

As for the quote - love it. Here's one I use sometimes that I wish I'd written

Thanks for the warm welcome, and what a welcome it truly is. Ohh to prance along the fiberoptic freeway, such a lovely thing... Ahhh, sorry about that, just drifting away for a moment, but...yeah now im back. Well the main point at hand is what are some PPC engines I should avoid? I mean how can i truly trust the traffic if there are so many different tracking programs and services? How can i find a qualified hit tracker?
Just a few more for anyone to ponder...and hopefully respond.

It is wise to be cautious, but the picture isn't quite as dark as Blues paints it. With well-targeted keywords, a good description, and a merchant who has their act together at the other end of the click, it can be cost-effective to bid higher than 5ยข. PPC's big virtue is that it enables good targeting. That assumes, of course, that no one is manipulating the traffic before it searches.
