In case Steve does not open his e-mail, I am posting this communication here for all to know.

    Subject: Fwd: RE: Affiliate Program

Why are you allowing this crook merchant to be a part of the Linkshare
Network? Look at their numbers, they do not bring any value to this
network and they are not out to run an affiliate marketing program. They
are out to screw the Linkshare affiliates and I assure you that
incidents like these are NOT HELPING you at all. Many of the good
affiliates out there are NOT working with Linkshare Merchants because of
    such crooks as

It is a great move to bring in the Linkshare Affiliate
Marketing Network. Let's keep this network the ONE and ONLY True
Affiliate Marketing Network online. It is time to remove merchants that
do not perform and who do not know what affiliate marketing means.

Linkshare needs to make this move and Prove the rest of the Affiliate
marketing community that Linkshare means Business, Affiliate Marketing

You are not allowed to reverse earned commissions. Nowhere in the agreement

If you do not understand affiliate marketing, get out of it. Remove me

For whatever it's worth, I just reviewed CVS performance on our sites. Pretty bad - may be our fault.

Never the less, I just dropped them.

Wanna bet some lame affiliate program management company runs the CVS program? These companies charge the majors 5000.00 per month for running the program and then sign them up with all the opt-out spammers -scumwares/parasites for additional fees to make sure they don't convert as a ROI scheme.

They'd probably recommend you can increase conversions by renting a school bus and kidnapping nursing home patients and take them to a local CVS store. Chain the walkers together until 50% of the captured purchase something and place their personal -banking -CC -medical information online from your notebook computer. If the sales don't show up, then try for a private deal where you earn 1.00 per lead if the Old Folks sign away their estates to a living trust in favor of CVS as a primary beneficiary.

If that doesn't work then you'll need Guido "the enforcer" to seek out the affiliate management company and give them an attitude adjustment and turn back on the reporting tags.

Perhaps they use the same scumbag professional affiliate mis-mangement company!! I figure KBtoys to go chapter 11 before the end of the YEAR. Overstock will buy up their eToys inventories and regular stock.

I'm learning something new every day. I did not know there was an Affiliate Advisory Board for LS. As an active affiliate with over 200 domains, I'd sure like to be a voice on that board. And I mean a constuctive voice, not a complainer. There is so much LS needs to do to improve if they'd just do it!

Jeeze my attitude has improved over the years. Must be getting hardened to the reality that an advertising mindset has no limits when it comes brutalizing the worker bees.
