An unfortunate heads-up on this one. We had some site visitors who tried to use art.com discounts only to be told, while submitting the order:

"In order to use a coupon code you may only
do so by calling in the order" (to an 800#)

Hopefully...this will change by the time they go to Linkshare. Too much like over the phone parasiteware

Hi Liz,

It sounds like you've seen some issues in the past -- not quite sure what would have caused them, but Art.com does accept coupon codes on the site. The only reason a coupon code wouldn't work is if it were an invalid code or if it had expired.

We do require customers redeeming gift certificates to call in to our 1-800 number today, but coupons should work smoothly.

If you see this coupon issue again, please get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate the specific customer transaction.

Thanks,
Heather Vacek

Hi,

I've just updated my links to point to the LinkShare's account, and they all result in a page with two frames, having my logo on the upper frame.

I do not like these frames, how do I simply setup link to a page with no frames at all?

I had previously expressed concern about Art.com after receiving emails from customers stating they couldn't use a coupon code without calling the order in.

I am giving 10 thumbs up to Art.com, it's move to Linkshare, and it's conversion.

We've been running them for a mere 3 days and have seen $500+ in sales already.

Thanks for being a great program and store!!
