Must be a new option of the infamous "CJ6 downgrade"
I got several pages of RED ACCEPTED SALES with "Returned Merchandise"
No more "Can't ship/sold out". no more, "Invalid Credit Card", No more "others".
    EVERYTHING is RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
Guess who's the merchant, ZAPPOS, guess who's kidding
I'm so happy to know what's going on...

    Zeus,

Same here. Just got hit with a bunch of of reversals, all returned merchandise from Zappos. Only one was a partial return. Jeeesh, I was lucky with Zappos the last few months. Guess I was due. That will teach me to ***** in another post.

    Zeus,
    the same here,too.
29% of the items I sold last month!!!
I'm aware that buying shoes without trying them is difficult, but I have very few items sold from a competitor - and no returns!

I understand returns are part of the shoes business. Month after month I know at least 30% of the sales will be reversed.
What I don't like it's the way it's done. I don't trust the reasons for reversals. This month I don't have one "Invalid CC" on more than 100 reversals, !!! and all "Returned Merchandise" !!!
I have also a hard time now to match the initial transactions with the reversals and it's harder to check a fraudulent trend. I can't check anymore my own EPC against the merchant EPC.
CJ6 was about better communication with the merchants, it doesn't work.

With that many reversals all being the same, your right, they must of just processed them all the same. I only had sevral to compare with. Looks like someone didn';t want to take the time to give you something to go on.

Guess who's tired about hearing about Zappos?

I was thinking about starting a self-help group to help us all let go of bad affiliate relationships.
