I'm hoping you can help solve a problem I'm having with Vitacost. Here are the specifics:

Back on November 9th or 10th I placed an order at Vitacost with the majority of the order being at a 20% commission. The order did not show up so I emailed Cheryl @ Vitacost several times and she gave me credit for the total order but only at 10%. I have emailed her repeatedly and asked her to correct this. She says it's a problem with LinkShare and always sends me a canned "We thank you for your patience" letter.

Since it is now going on 6 weeks, would you please contact her and see if you can get this resolved? The transaction inquiry number is 1215.
