Sent in a COC violation which according to a post by someone here from CJ on a different post, SHOULD BE a clear violation.
Sent in May 31. Gave them 72 WORKING-day hours for an answer, then sent in an updated request for an answer on the 5th. I see someone in my stats from.xxxcj.com or something to that effect, so seemingly they checked out a couple of pages on my site. Yet still no reply to both.

If you wish us to use this feature instead of making our B+tching in public here would actually receiving a reply or at least replying the issue will take longer to resolve be a more useful way of doing things?
Next suggestion on getting an answer???????

According to Todd, most of the 120 people at CJ read the posts here, so one way or another, I'm sure they know about this by now.

However, even at over 72 hours at AAQ, you'll still get a faster response there. I'm really surpised they are taking that long, at least to even acknowledge they will look into it.

Maybe they are overwelmed with questions of reporting delays or something.

Or, LOL, maybe they are all here trying to get through the eight pages of the Todd Crawford responds thread.

It may also depend on who the question was automatically routed to. My last few questions have been routed to either Liz or George and they are GREAT!!! (CJ - give these folks a raise!) Quick answers and they don't seem like those stock, out of some book answers that I have sometimes gotten.

So CJ. Do I assume by 8 days passing since I sent this is that your silence means there is a violation.
So much for CJ people commenting in here to use ask a question since that is what is what is was there for.
If I use it will they answer....Guess not.

This is just a shot in the dark - but, are you sure it went - every once in awhile when I send an email to support using the CJ support function I miss that dang little submit button on the last page - its in a very bad spot. I stewed and stewed over it the first time it happened to me. If you check your support email history you can see if it actually sent - like I said just a shot in the dark, but maybe.......

No I got the cj e mail thanks for question and should be answered within 72 hours.
I guess they could start counting the 72 hours from any sort of time they wanted...

What action does CJ take with regards to COC violations?

Log in and SEE the complete notice (part of it below, copied from CJ).

"Commission Junction notifies clients that are not in compliance so they can make the necessary changes."

After all this time, CJ is still trying to Talk the violaters into becomming "compliant."

If only the cops would take that attitude...

They could try to talk violaters into becoming compliant with the speed limit instead of actually giving the violaters a ticket.

Yeah, ain't it a kick in the head? It would seem the parasites can do whatever they want to do, since they produce so much income. Of course, a lot of that income would have come in anyway, just through other publishers. Like you and me.

    Walleye,

It used to take over 72 hours to respond to all my questions and I would repeatedly state that here. One even took 10 days and two subsequent AAQ requests before it was answered.

However, I have to give them credit for great response time the last 4-5 months. They've come in within 72 hours every time, I think.

I do beleive, though, due to the nature of your question, you will probably never hear from them again. However, I think it would be good PR on their point if they at least told you the company in question had been contacted and have been given 60 days to comply.

It's really a mute point, though, as the company can comply withing 55 days and then 10 days later go out of compliance and the game starts all over again.

The one thing left out, if I am correct, of the COC is a clause for companies that are repeat offenders.

There must be forums and newsgroups where the members of these reward/points/donation/coupon programs go to rant about lack of payment.

Remember the screaming voices of those playing the CyberRebates Ponzi scheme got taken for millions? Placing doubt in the minds of the incent shoppers tumbling their house built of cards might be as easy as letting our visitors know that the folks running these theftware programs are not benevolent characters. Just greed mongers. Anyone have some complaining incent forum links?

I have been out of town since Monday. So I get this canned answer while I am gone and they now have it as problem solved since I didn't respond with the 72 hours. "Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response. These screenshots are being reviewed by the Manager of Client Services in addition to the normal compliance review."

So it's now going to have to be re submitted since this amswer does nothing to address my question and get a REAL answer. Sure makes me want to ask a question rather than just vent a spleen at them in here.
