    Email response I just received from PC Universe:

    We regret to inform you that, effective immediately, PC Universe is suspending its affiliate program while it conducts an investigation into fraudulent activity on the part of one or more members of its program. Please remove all links from your sites and suspend all referrals to our website. If you are aware of any information that you believe can aid the authorities in this investigation please contact us at 1-877-873-7155.

    Be advised that guilty parties will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    Could a LS merchant actually be pointing a finger at some BHO theftware affiliates?? Maybe this drastic move comes as they uncover that the largest checks are owed to some who provide no value add -impressions & clicks.

    I replied: Which sites do you suspect in committing fraud?

    Here is follow up email they sent me.

    Merchants: Do you realize that some of your affiliates are being paid commission on sales which you have paid for via PPC, offline advertising, and your targeted mailings?

    They did'nt give me to much time to put links up joined about 3 weeks ago.

    Affiliate Program. Merchants may remove affiliates from their programs
    for many different reasons, including violation of legal terms, inactivity,
    changes in site content, etc. If you feel that you have been removed in error,
