All of the phone numbers I can find for them have been disconnected. I have a customer who is emailing me for help because his $200 order never shipped yet his card was charged six weeks ago. He was told by the manufacturer (who was supposed to dropship?) that AutoAccessory.com went out of business and he can get his products for another $250 beyond what he has already paid.
Does anyone have any inside info on this? I emailed Ecomworks for guidance, just waiting on a reply.
I'm not sure what to tell my customer except to file a credit card dispute. I've removed AA from my site until this is resolved.

AA converts very low. We are happy with one sale per 200 clicks.
Reality is more around 1 order per 3-400 clicks.
If you can't move things, try harder!
