    I don't know if I trust the subid links. I have two very similar sites with similar traffic, but only the one using subid= produces very low sales. This has been like this for some time now. I almost feel cheated by bad tracking.

    The subid= is for when you designate a "sub-affiliate" site into your Linkshare account. If you have 3 sites, Site #1 might have a subid=0, Your next site, subid=2, etc...

    It shouldn't effect tracking. We use them and they track great.
