Is there something technically going on with cj's tracking. I'v had better results with merchants who offer similar stuff as merchants at cj, and I'm seeing better click-thru rates at linkshare then cj?

eMarketer indicates that 2003 will bring in $58.2 billion http://www.webpronews.com/wpn-45-200...rExpected.html

I nearly had trippled clicks than usual but no increased sales at cj.com, but more sales from independent merchants. Perhaps this is the future for my business.

There is obvious problems with cj's tracking but
    CJ will never admit it.

Maybe CJ's servers are overloaded with all that money they are paying out, today.

Reporting seems a tad behind - EPC keeps dropping today - from $14.00 to less than a buck - when ever I see that I know there is a little catchup needs to be happening later in the day.

Oh - seems we have a little catching up going on - some sales just reported. Hope you are all seeing the same thing!

These last few days have seen no sales in my first 200 clicks or so of the day. Very depressing. Performics is rocking.

Today I have only 60% of the clicks I normally have. cj.com please turn the switch to normal.

    Here's an interesting thing:

I recently ran a campaign with a targetted CJ advertiser on one of my Norwegian sites.

As an extra incentive (+higher base commission & top performance bonus level) the advertiser offered me a small commish on all sales coming in from Norway, outside CJ's tracking.
Kind of like a Word-of-Mouth bonus, I thought.

They offered a coupon for my visitors with free shipping to Norway, and that was an offer my visitors couldn't resist. The campaign was a complete success for the three weeks the coupon was valid.

    Results:
    CJ sales : ~250
    Outside CJ : 48

Obviously CJ's tracking is not foolproof. Since the 'outside-CJ-commish' was only 20% of the CJ-tracked commish, I lost a decent amount of dollars on this.

As far as I can see from the input from the visitors (this is a forum site), most of the sales outside CJ were related to KazaaLite.
People had to type the merchant URL manually, because the hosts file were blocking the CJ tracking URLs.
