Rather than just comment on our merchants if they cause us grief etc., thought I should post a positive experience also. I posted prior about some issues at BQ. Tried again today about a question to them about my program levels with them.
I sent an e mail to Deondra at BQ this morning and very shortly afterwards I received an e mail back about it and all was looked after very promptly and to everyones benefit.
