    Another merchant leaving w/o paying. Just got an email saying their program is ending 11/30 and will be paying over $70.

    $70 was their minimum payout, unfortunately.

    Good news is that the Treo 600 should sell like crazy :-)

    Handspring and Palm? Didn't the guys who started Handspring left Palm to start Handspring? If this is the case, they made twice as much money then

    True, but I've had others merchants leave and pay any commish earned even if below the minimum. That's always nice but I guess those are usually the ones changing Networks and don't want any bad feelings.

    Don't let em get away with it. You earned those commissions in good faith. Their minimum payment is meaningless other than for cutting checks on a regular basis. You are probably not the only one whose money they are walking away with. File a complaint with the Attorney General of California.

    Handspring is being bought by Palm. I'd contact them to let them know they also bought this complaint to deal with.
