A user just contacted me that when she is clicking JCPenney & Staples on our website she can't get into those sites (she mentioned "can not find server"). However, when she types in those site names into her browser it does work. What makes it harder to pin point the problem is that I asked her to check other LS & CJ links, and those did work for her.

She says she has no URLS in her HOSTS file.

    What can the problem be?

Have her clear her browser cache and then try the links. Then if they still don't work try www.lavasoftusa.com for the Ad-Aware free download as these are parasite infested merchants. Their AM's are recruiters for the darkside.

Probably Kazaa Lite. It replaces the "hosts" file with one that blocks access to Linkshare, BeFree, CJ, and many other sites.
