    Hi all,

How do I re-apply for a program I've been refused for? I think all I was missing was a privacy policy which is now in place.

It's for Target - I have some traffic I know will convert really well there and I'm frustratingly refused....please help....

Ok now I understand that you can re-apply after 15 days - what a nightmare, that's all that traffic wasted....

Good luck. I've never had any luck when reapplying for a program. A lot of merchants only want US affiliates (even though your site promotes US merchants and sells to US consumers).

If you are temp rejected by the merchant who does manual approvals then yes it's 14 days before you can re-apply.

If you are auto rejected then as far as I am aware you can apply again near enough immediately.

    Cheers

    Chris

I've always had a USA address but it doesn't make any difference.

    Ben,

I gave you the same answer in your Macys' thread, but I'll post it here also.

The biggest reason for not getting approved or waiting so long to get an answer is because of lax staff members and/or the person in charge mistakenly bypasses your e-mail.

Also, many businesses try to save money, and load several jobs on to pne person, so that person could be bogged down. Because of this there have been many who will just send out rejection letters, to lighten their workload and they will simply ignore many of the e-mails.

This does happen. So...call the merchants. You'll find that you can get an approval right there on the spot with many of them.

It shows them that you are interested enough in being an affilaie that you will call them, and you can explain your situation and your willingness to push their products when it is one on one on the phone.
