    I need to speak with someone at Linkshare regarding a problem with my account interface. Darn thing keeps popping up a window that I need to update my account. When I do update my account it doesn't send a confirmation email as promised, so of course the next time I log in I get another popup...you get the picture.

    I've looked all over Linkshare's site and I can't find any contact info for phone, mail, email, carrier pigeon...what is it with these guys?

    Can someone please tell me how to reach them? Smoke signals? Semaphores? Drums?

    Rhea the only person at LS who has ever delivered for me is Sarah Johnson. Her email is: Sarah Johnson [abw@linkshare.com]. I had some major problems a while back and, after just about pulling my hair out of my head, I approached her and she sorted everything out for me within a couple of days. Contacting anyone else I found is a waste of time.

    Thanks for the contact info! If I don't hear back from LS in a couple of days I'll try Sarah, per your recommendation.

    I know there have been some problems, but I think they have been fixed. I just asked for my passwd and I received it 15 minutes later. If your still having a problem I suggest emailing contact@linkshare.com. This email address is found when your in the help section of your acct.
