    Anybody else having this problem? Just about everytime I search for a product at CJ I get logged out and have to sign in again even though it was only around 5 minutes since my last search.. Very irritating, and its wasting my time. Not getting very much accomplished.

    I have been having the same problem on my Irvs Luggage merchant account. I called client services yesterday and Todd actually answered the phone! I told him about it and he was unaware of the problem but said he would tell tech support. I told him this is similar to the log out problems we had after the last update.

    Add to the list
    The crappy way it keeps prompting my computer if I want to view page due to security issues
    And the page has expired right after you click a link to get more info then hit backspace
    The system gets more clogged every update causing more time to actually do any work, Do they still call these things they do Updates?

    It is my understanding that CJ had a security firm come in and they made recomendations that did enhance security on the site. The down side is that there are a few bugs.

    I reported this to CJ yesterday and they know that the bugs are there.

    Another problem they need to fix is after you hit the "get html" button you have to click the "open to a new window" and "hide tracking" options every single time, whereas you used to only have to click it once while you are logged in to CJ.

    I don't want to burst your bubble but that wasn't me. You spoke to a Todd in client services. I am the Todd that is VP Sales. There are actually three Todds at CJ, two spell their names with two Ds, one with one D.

    To any of the Todd's at CJ:

    I have problems with everytime I want to change pages at CJ, my computer asks me to connect to the page as if I was offline. Really getting tired of it. Only happens at CJ.

    I couldn't believe you were answering client service calls. But I said "This is TODD?... This is THE Todd?" He calmly said "Yes." I said "I can't believe you are taking client service calls!!!" He said "Yes, what can I help you with?" It think he knew I thought it was you and enjoyed baiting me. I thought they were short handed and you had to fill in on the phones or someone transferred me to you by mistake. Here I was all excited that I got to talk to the REAL Todd! Burst my bubble!
