    When the main page loads for me, all images are broken.

    When I try to login I get a blank page. If I reload it enough times, I get the login, only to fill out the info and have it present another blank page. If I reload that page, I get the login again or another blank page.

    Frustration is starting to settle in.

    Any time frame on when this mess will be fixed?

    You are lucky to be getting that far...I FINALLY get the login page and now I get this error on a white background once I login:

    "Your request was interrupted. We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."

    Same here.

    Do not worry, we will get an usual reply - nothing is wrong at our side story.

    This is happening everyday, on and off, since they started the secured login.

    Well there is progress now, but in the wrong direction.

    Now I am just getting "This page cannot be displayed"

    It's happening to them too. Supposedly it's a DNS issue so you can get through some of the time. They are working on trying to fix it right now. Hopefully they should know something in an hour.

    So, does anyone know the correct IP that we should go to to avoid the domain name server?

    Linkshare is back up and running. Still not working properly though, but at least they are accessible (for now)

    Hi all,

    Thanks for all the postings. We are aware of the network issues which look to be, hopefully, coming to an end. This network issue is the same as the one that has been sporadically happening over the weekend and it appears to be fixed. While the QA work is not done, so I can confirm that all is well, all should be back to normal with one caveat, the data from the last few days will take some time to process. At this point we are more interested in confirming that this issue is clearly behind us.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. The sporadic nature of the issue had us believing it was fixed numerous times.

    Will merchants be contacted to ensure that they go back and manually upload any missing days? I know that some of the data came in, but there is still a bunch that didn't get uploaded.

    Yes we will make sure data is uploaded (if not already) ONCE we are ABLE to login.
