    I know I really throw the CJ folks for a loop whenever I start a post like this, but when credit is due, I'm prompt to give it.

    I just have to say how pleased I am lately with the support staff at ASK A QUESTION at CJ, espicially Liz. Getting promt, informative, accurate answers really is great!

    I've always had great success with anything I've asked through Ask A Question. Once, when something was too complex to adequately explain via email, one of their staff actually called me. Much better than a convoluted email response with a note to call *them* if I needed more info.

    The ask a question feature works perfectly when you call them on the phone and "ask a question".

    CJ ask a question response has been great recently... they've always made the changes to my feeds quickly... credit to Dylan (don't know is that's UK or US office)

    I must agree that their support is outstanding, although I'm still waiting on a response to a question I posted yesterday about missing sales from the 28th, but it hasn't been 72 hours yet so I'm not going to complain.

    let me take back the above comment, they did just get back to me - not with the answer I wanted, but at least they're are paying attention. Which is a lot more than can be seaid for some of the others.

    I think Liz (and I'm sure others, like George) deserves a raise! Well, how about at the very least a bonus of some kind?

    After all, anyone who is responsible for a praise post here at ABW for CJ deserves something special, right?

    Great idea! I'll start diverting some commissions into a bonus pool for Liz and George right away.

    Seriously though, I do agree. They are valuable assets that really do make a difference. I can't give them a raise (neither report to me) but they do share in our corporate bonus pool and I am sure with their efforts, it will be quite nice this year for all of us.

    Um, well, I, let's see, [cough...cough], okay, I can recommend a few affiliates you could use to devert commissions.

    So George and Liz do a great job, but don't work for Todd, but they do get something out of the bonus sharing system, as Todd must do as well.

    Hmm - ok, who see's a problem with this system - "Liz, George, keep your hands down !!"

    Oh, "HIS" commission. I misunderstood....by all means, Todd, please divert some of your commissions to them. I can only imagine how much good that would do for employee relations and retention.

    I would have to agree with Linda's comments -- Liz went above and beyond with launching our program at ForeclosureNet recently. She has great patience and we really appreciated her help. (Hint, hint to whomever's group she IS in)

    Kudos also to Henry in Acct Mngmnt, who answered many a question during lauch too!
