    I thought when you signed up for the linkshare product feed, you got all your current merchants' feeds?

    With the help of Sierra Trading Post, I finally managed to get ahold of Kalia and have everything set up. I get an email this morning saying I only have access to Sierra Trading Posts feed. Hrm.

    Is it $250 per merchant ? Eegads!

    You have to ask for each one individually

    and/or

    sometimes the merchants that KNOW you're merchandiser enabled will tell linkshare for you and they show up on their own

    Actually that's pretty good, cause I only really wanted to work with a few more.

    also, you get better results if you use the special merchandiser email address, something like merchandise-a at linkshare, rather than Kalia's own email address - and DEFINATELY NOT the general contact address!!

    It's been YEARS since I've had a helpful response from the general Linkshare contact email. I get helpful responses from merchandise-a, Kalia, and a few others, but the contact address has been an exercise in futility.

    I started a thread about their useless support, but it died out.

    Personally, I think it should be always present - like the direct-deposit thread, but I think affiliates are at the point where they say "why bother complaining anymore - they have no support, deal with it"

    That's why I file Better Business Bureau complaints. They still don't answer the question, but it cost them money as they hire lawyers to make the responses, and I get a formal paper trail with a quasi-governmental agency to show how bad they really are.
