    With the exception of one day over the weekend, I haven't been able to run a Sales and Activity report anytime in the last week.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    The page "calculates" for 45 minutes, and then lands on a "CANNOT FIND SERVER - The page cannot be displayed" page.

    I e-mailed linkshare about the problem, and haven't heard anything back yet...

    Works ok for me. Slow, but not 45 minutes (maybe 4 or 5 minutes to login to the homepage, then reports take only 30 seconds, which not very good but it is sort of normal for Linkshare).

    Yeah, I've been there with the 30 seconds, but this is not it. We're talking hours here.

    I can run a report for *some* merchants with the single merchant report, but even those are taking 10 minutes.

    Maybe its some of their regional servers? I'm in NYC...

    linkshare
    I just joined linkshare last week, the servers have been down the entire time..does this happen a lot?

    It's a 2004 thread. Still the same problems with their reporting.

    oh %$@* just googled "linkshare servers" and din't read the date.
    bummer, I just put their ads all over my sites..

    I use the traditional reports and I've been complaining to Linkshare Support for over a week that running a Product Success Report for All Merchants can take 5 minutes or more. They say they aren't having a problem on their end.

    I've had no error messages though and I get plenty of Linkshare sales every single day.

    Any update on the report servers?
    Just checking to see if there is any word from LinkShare on the reporting servers.

    I'm new to Linkshare and they have not worked since I've joined, two or three days now.

    I haven't seen any problems with the report servers over the last few days and I log in throughout the day. I do see that the old interface is still faster and has more current data than the new interface.

    Old interface for report servers
    Since I'm really new to Linkshare I'm not sure what the old interface is or how to access it.

    I only see one button on the page for reports.

    The report fields all show the same message...

    "Our reporting servers are busy now. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later."

    Could it be I just don't have any data yet. There should be a few click throughs now.

    From Linkshare.com, there is a red Login button. It goes to a login screen, below the Username, password, Log in, is a link called Traditional Login. Try it with the same username and password. I believe the reports in the old interface must query a different data base than the new reports because they are faster and more up to date.

    I have no idea why you are receiving the servers busy message and the old interface might not help but it's worth trying.

    Glad to be of help. I know how frustrating it can be when things don't work. To me that's one of the great things about abestweb, when something doesn't work, I can figure out if others are having the same problem and either find work arounds or get enough info to get things fixed.

    I'm glad I saw this thread, because I am seeing the same message as Webzcom for the last two days. Reporting servers should not be down for two days straight...

    There is clearly some other issue as I've been running reports repeatedly and haven't had a problem except for slowness when running a Product Success Report.

    I think it was becuase I was new and the stats are about a day or so behind in posting.

    The stats seem to be working fine now.
