    Until some time in November, the Product Success Report and the Individual Item Report updated at the same time. Since then, the Individual Item Report doesn't update for more than 12 hours after the Product Success Report for some merchants. Why is that?

    After more than a week of this going ignored, an affiliate manager who I spoke with this morning offered to get the answer to this from her Linkshare contact.

    I finally figured this out myself after recalling what someone else had posted on another thread a couple of weeks ago. It's may have been Herb. If so, thank you, Herb.

    You have to change the thru date on the date drop down on the Individual Item Report to the next day to get the report to fully display. It's pretty dumb that I have to enter 1/13 as the thru date to get a report for 1/11-1/12 transactions that all occurred on 1/11 or 1/12 (by 5:00 a.m. EST).

    Don't think I offered exactly that; my bon mot was to find the first day's sales (of any month) by putting the previous last day of the month as the start date on the first day of a new month.
