Hey, I just posted in another thread that I received a merchant bonus today...the same day CJ posts one.
If this isn't an isolated case, why do think merchants feel a need to compensate for something that CJ admits responsibilty for?

Here is my guess,
A lot got messed up, when CJ upgraded their System. There was a lot of confusion on Affiliates and Merchants site. Some mess was cleaned up by CJ.
We didn't earn a bonus for one merchant, because we did not accepted a new offer by that merchant for some days (we did not know, that we had to do things manually to do business as before).
For some merchants got the original bonus settings lost etc. etc.
A lot of merchants and affiliates did things WRONg, because they didn't know better.
I don't know, if your problem is related to that or not though.
If you can't move things, try harder!
