OK, we are beginning processing checks (the paper kind) today. If you get paid via direct deposit, the funds will be released on Monday.

As fate would have it, payday falls on a Sunday this month.

Todd, perhaps you can explain what happened to lost sales records . . .

In my case, after payment on the 20th of last month, I had over $400 remaining in my account. At this payment time there is LESS THAN $100. What happened to the BALANCE? And this is after more sales as well~!

Five bucks back is NO BONUS~!

    Todd,

Can you explain how we view what transactions are included in the check? I thought during the last update there was suppose to be a fast way to reconcile transactions to the payment amount.

I see on the reports section under the drop down "show what type of transaction" the selection "publisher payment", but when I select this for the last several months I get nothing.

Is there a fast way to reconcile the payment amount so that I know what transactions are included in the check?

    Thanks.

You need to wait until your payment has been sent to see the details. Then when you click on your balance, you will see you last payment amount is a hyperlink that will reveal the details.

You should use AAQ (client services) to resolve your concern(s). I do not fully understand your question and try not to get into the habit of addressing publisher specific issues.

Adding bold doesn't make a comment hostile Joseph, but, perhaps next time I address Todd, I'll be sure to include a subtext of bull**** so you can understand.

You act as though I'm the only one who confronts Todd (aka CJ about CJ) in these threads.

Again, there is no intended hostility towards Todd, only to you here : KISS MY ASS FROGGY~!

Only friends send friends on vacations . . . . . . it's just that some friends like to know ahead of time when the money for said vacation disappears . . .

I knew I should have kept the money issue inhouse but, with so many other threads mentioning the disappearance of funds, I just thought I'd get a quicker response in here about the discrepencies of my own account.

Granted, it might all be a misunderstanding of how CJ does business, but when I see semi-serious money disappear, I gotta ask~!

I also admit that my whit (aka dry humor) steers more to the side of sarcassm, but, hey, we can't all be Joey~!

But really, I don't think I could come back here day after day after day and keep a cool head (its so easy, and tempting, to flame).

I think Todd needs to know that most of us really do appreciate his participation.

The absolute best thing about CJ is they pay ontime every month. All else in the affiliate industry is questionable and varies month to month. My experience shows that only Overstock never misses a payment deadline. TigerDirect used to be in the PR payment race every month till they hired the BF affiliate management team....LOL.

    Todd,

When I click on Payment Status, it says
    quote:
    Next Scheduled payment: 20-Aug-2003

Now, if you know the 20th is on a Sunday and you are not going to pay us(or can't because the banks are closed), then list the next payment date at the 21st.

hey todd! long time no speakage. hope you are doing well. all i know is that i am down in mexico, hiding from a gal who i thought to be my wife, being extorted by the police on sight, having to set up household all over again as i came her with nothing but a laptop and a suitcase (yes, my site does need to be updated...just waiting on an ending), and CJ round the 20th are the only thing i have close to concrete. if there ever was a time in the last few years i was jones'n for cash it would be now, as i left everything , but i got a feeling my secretary (if she turns on me i am really 5crewed) will get something in within the next few days to send to me. like it's been said, they are the only reliable ones on the street when it comes to being punctual. i have never known cj to pay myself early, but they have never been late with me, only the bank in getting it to myself. i deal with a number of outfits and the next runner up that pays on a monthly basis forks out within a 7 day window...that hads taken up to 10 days. mon, tues, even maybe weds...i know i will get paid.

We get direct deposit. No payment in our bank here yet either.

    Our Payment status shows:
    Next Payment - $$$$ (Created on: 13-Jul-2003)
    Last Payment - $$$$ Sent on 20-Jun-2003
    Next Scheduled payment: 20-Aug-2003

July payment non-existant. I did contact CJ last week and they did verify that our account is in good standing and that our account had all the necessary info to receive this months check as usual. So, where has July disappeared too?

Geez Oh Whiz you guys are out of control!
The deal is that Cj changed the way things appear when you click on the payment link. I know, I know, it looks like July has been skipped... I even thought that for a minute myself. Especially w/ the email that asked us to update our info in order to continue being paid.

Anyway, in the last 3 years I have always received my direct deposit in a very timely manner, I'm sure that's not about to change now. Actually I'd be willing to bet it will be sitting nicely in my account tomorrow morning when I wake up.

Let's all take a chill until then...
