I'm trying to update the incident I've opened at CJ through email, but I get this response:

Well I've replied this email, changed the reply to address into cj@custhelp.com, and typed my response between the lines...

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

Are you changing the subject? Is your e-mail adding > or some other indicators in the reply? Those might mess up their automated system.

I'm guessing those might cause a problem. I sent one back yesterday doing it the way you describe, and it worked for me.

If all else fails, log in to your account, click on "support", and click the "check question status" link. You can update it there.

I've tried 10 variations for responding, and still I get this annoying reply from CJ each time...

I am replying to cj@custhelp.com, with the subject "Re: (old subject)"

I don't change anything except between the lines.....

Since CJ deactivated me, this is the only way I can try to update my incident...

Maybe it's rejecting because you are deactivated. You may have to try to look for a contact link on their site and go from there.

You can call them toll free at 800-761-1072 or at 805-560-0777 (not free) from outside the US. From their contact page (link at the bottom of their home page).
