... for what it's worth; I doubt it will even be read.
In your initial email announcing this new reporting system you *claim* that there would be no effect on the commissions, just in how they are reported.
This is flat out false. When comparing the post-July 1 numbers with pre-July 1 numbers (as conversion percentages, not raw sales/commissions) I am seeing FAR more leads that never convert from $0.00 to $6.00 than previous "reversals". I understand that there are ebbs and flows from month to manth, but when previous behavior indicates a monthly reversal rate ALWAYS less than 25% and now all of a sudden a rise to a consistent nonconversion rate of OVER 50%, something is wrong.
More has changed than just the reporting method, and it is CLEARLY in Ebay's favor.
Either programmers have erred or there is underhanded behavior on the part of Ebay. I'm seriously considering discontinuing participation unless a satisfactory explanation is provided and the errors rectified.
Thank you for your time.

I am a newbie to this forum, but not to affiliate marketing nor to the Ebay program.
I definitely agree with you on this one. We had far fewer converted registrations than usual since the reporting change.
Additionally, imo, it makes tracking very, very difficult and complicated.
Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with the change...Too bad Ebay very rarely listens...
