How good if there are some kind of CJ 'messenger' that send a ballon tip on my little taskbar where I have a new sale!

    Yeah, cool!

    ...., ehrm, well...

On second thought, (not a flame @ CJ in particular but just a general observation), both individual people and companies (which are, after all, run by individual people) tend to have a VERY hard time resisting the urge to snoop when the chance to do so is practically beating them in the face!

I'd rather not have a big, obvious privacy leak going straight to CJ or any other network. It'd just be toooo tempting for someone to get the flash of inspiration to program it to get "detailed demographic" information.

Even I have my limits as to how far I trust CJ and when something would require them to defy basic human nature (in this case, curiosity about their users), that's about where the line is.

I would prefer a CJ messenger that alerts us everytime a parasite diverts or steal our links.

But on the other hand it would be popping up every 5 minutes so it might stop us from working

    BTW is this post 200,000?
    Take care

My exact initial thoughts on seeing the topic.
Over the past week it would be blinking more for the parasites than one that credited me with a sale.

At WHAT point does anyone decide to actually say "F*** CJ" ......? We all KNOW CJ is in the bed with the theives, but nobody has the BALLS to do anything about it.

We all sit back and take the tidbits in commissions. We all KNOW we are being RIPPED THE F*** OFF~! Yet, every time Todd or another CJ REp comes along you kiss their friggin' ass as if kissing it will bring you future fortune,

F you and F CJ too. You sit back and take it up the poopa and kiss ass as they do their drive by. Wake up~! Grow a pair~! You/We are all getting it tucked to us~! Do you REALLY believe CJ is in this for YOU?

    Yer friggin' dreaming~!

Cyclone - Why don't you tell me what you really feel?

PeePee merchants with PooPoo policies allow our earnings to be flushed down the crapper.

Why give parasites unlimited cookie durations and credit for sales where they divert our users and overwrite our cookies. PP merchants directly support what many consider unfair trade practices and thievery!

Get your merchants to move to other networks!

CJ charges them too much anyway AND they have driven out all the smaller affiliates that were giving merchants free branding with that $10 a month charge against non-producers. The news is, The merchants WANTED those banners and free links!!

Heck, even if they only bought once a year at Christmas off their own links, that added up for the merchants. And, there was always the chance that they might turn into a producer some day like I did.

CJ has become not only anti-affiliate, they have also become anti-merchant.

Just tell your merchants where to go. You know you want to.

SAS is a good bet because you will still get consolidated checks. This way you can still try new programs at minimal risk, just like you used to be able to do at CJ. That's one reason why I keep pushing SAS. That and the fact that they won't have no truck with ppMerchants.
