Please take care of my problem personally as i see it has not solved so far when you said it have been done in email communication before.
You just print my partial address
on the check as address label (due to limited character per row by your software )
I have fixed the problem (use the same address that have smaller characters per row ) since last year and inform you the change.
However, you do not pull the new address format from my account profile when preparing check.
The postman is getting very unhappy now for imcomplete address every month.
This problem apply to both
Canadian In house program and
US in house program too

I forwarded all of the information to our mailing facility, as soon as they get back in touch with me, I will let you know...I took care of KB US already.
