I'm surprised! I had no idea that Yahoo! would e-mail me after accepting a free submission web site!

For the record, the site is http://www.htmlgoody.com/ and I was accepted today 11/16/01 after submitting as recently as 11/6/01. That's just ten days, nearly a $299 value!

The same site was accepted by Zeal/Looksmart in about just three days. Total value: nearly $600 for zero, zip, nada, nothing, zilch.

    Free submission lives!

Now if only the DMOZ editor would wake up and list it... I would have a trifecta!

In other news, my earlychristianwritings.com web site has not been accepted by Yahoo! for about two months now. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why not?

Those pages are informative but my god they are not what you would think yahoo requires.

    Nice Job Peter

Since the advent of Business Express, has anyone gotten a site listed for free with Yahoo that generated revenue in any way?

Wow, I'm amazed. One, that you got that acceptance so quickly, two you got an acceptance letter, and three, that the site was accepted. It's nice and simple, that's for sure!

I don't think I've ever had a site accepted for free, but I've only tried a couple of times.
