    currently i change webhosting for better connection , my question is it effect to google crawling?
    anyone have experience like this?

    provided you don't have any breaks in service when your site is unavailable it shouldn't affect crawling as far as i'm aware. Best way to do it is to get your ip number from your nw host, then upload your site to your new ip before changing your DNS settings. Then give it a few days (to allow the DNS changes to propagate though the entire internet) before you totally close down your old hosting.
