Google sent us an email saying that because we have an advertising account with them they are going to give us $10 worth of free Select AdWords. Does this mean the program isn't working and they need to sell it by giving away free ads?

    That's what I'm thinking. I got the same e-mail.

I don't get it. Why would you think the program isn't working? They are contacting you because it is working, obviously they want your business. Just because somebody tries to get your business doesn't mean they don't have a good program for you.

I'm starting to think I must be from a different plantet or something. why don't they contact me and give me ten dollars. I'll use it and make money with it.

Heyder, I'll use the $10 and make money, too. It's just that usually things are put on sale when they aren't selling. Or given away as an enticement when they are new so people will try them. But we're already an advertiser, already using AdWords.

Google's pay per click ads look good.. I'm trying them out now, very quick easy to setup or edit and the ads are live within a few minutes unlike overture, and start getting clicks right away
