I'm seeing some differences between www www2 www3, but not enough to convince me it's the dance. Anyone else seeing changes?

Yes, I've seen some too, and I hope it's not really the dance, hehe.

Edit: Wait it looks better now, I hope it is, hehe.

The best way to tell is to do a link: on a large well-known domain (such as yahoo.com).

I get 630,000 on all three. It doesn't look like the dance to me. Probably just shifts due to their "news" technology.

The later the better as far as I'm concerned. I've got far too much work to do to cope with a Google update any time in the next week, so if Googlebot is spidering this - early June will be fine with me (providing it doesn't clash with any of England's world cup matches).

    OK.....glad we cleared that up.

    Good tip, heather.

hmmm... well, I had two new sites that got in earlier this month (since the last index) and were there for over a week and then dropped out. Not unusual in my experience, I just expect to see them back in at the new index. Well, they're back in and the search terms for those two are definitely showing differences between the google, but I didn't see differences for other terms I generally check, soooo...

It's okay, I'll knock wood and hope they stay in, new index or not.

Some minor changes. Found this nifty tool on another forum. It lets you check all 3 Google serves at once. http://www.fm-transmitter.com/google-dance-tool/

I'd be happy just to have my site listed on Google. I'm praying it happens by the end of the month

I guess I need to eat my words. It does look like a real Google dance. I barely got any movement either direction on anything. Weird... A search for common keywords on the old vs. new index shows an amazingly small amount of movement across the board. There's something a bit odd about this dance.

I don't think it's a proper dance - I saw this a couple of updates ago where where was a little jiggle a couple of days before the update, maybe they're trying some algorithm changes or something.

I don't think it's a proper dance, either... major hiccough. My new sites dropped out.

Come on with the index -- I want these sites to stay IN.
